What do you want to manifest in your life?

How do you want to feel?

What are your short term goals?

What are your long term goals?

These affirmations could also be used for helping with planetary transformation.

Use affirmations to bring these states into being.

Affirmations are most powerful when you are sitting in quiet contemplation or when you have just come out of your meditation

Send your thoughts out and then let them go until the next time you sit quiet.

Be aware of becoming desperate or obssessive about wanting things to happen in your life.

If you're always chasing something and you allow your thoughts to be totally obssessed with whatever you have in your mind, then nothing will manifest.

You have to have the thought, send it out and wait for it to manifest in your life.

An affirmation is a simple sentence tha acts as a visual reminder to us of a positive attitude or emotion that we wish to encourage.

Above are questions you need to ask yourself before you decide what affirmations will work best for you.

Write down your affirmations using felt pens of appropriate colours and stick them around your home or place of work.

Place them so that you will see them several times a day and each time you read them you will be reinforcing that particular affirmation.

Because all colours have certain qualities, affirmations can be combined with different colours to promote wellbeing, health, creativity and many other positive benefits.

Affirmations using the positive benefits of colours are used in our workshops.

Cherokee Prayer Blessing

May the Warm Winds ofHeaven
Blow softly upon your house.
May the Great Spirit
Bless all who enter there.
May your Mocassins
Make happy tracks
in many snows,
and may the Rainbow
Always touch your shoulder.

Native American Prayer

Oh, Great Spirit
Whose voice I hear in the winds,
And whose breath gives life to all the world,
hear me, I am small and weak,
I need your strength and wisdom.
Let me walk in beauty and make my eyes ever behold
the red and purple sunset.
Make my hands respect the things you have
made and my ears sharp to hear your voice.
Make me wise so that I may understand the things
you have taught my people.
Let me learn the lessons you have
hidden in every leaf and rock.

I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother,
but to fight my greatest enemy - myself.
Make me always ready to come to you
with clean hands and straight eyes.
So when life fades, as the fading sunset,
my Spirit may come to you without shame.

(translated by Lakota Sioux Chief Yellow Lark in 1887)
published in Native American Prayers - by the Episcopal Church.

If the white man wants to live in peace
with the Indian, he can live in peace...
Treat all men alike. Give them all the
same law.Give them all an even chance
to live and grow. All men were made by
the same Great Spirit Chief.

They are all brothers. The Earth is the
mother of all people, and all people
should have equal rights upon it....
Let me be a free man, free to travel,
free to stop, free to work, free to trade
where I choose my own teachers,
free to follow the religion of my
fathers, free to think and talk and act
for myself, and I will obey every law,
or submit to the penalty.
