Many people keep diaries or journals to record down the events they experienced
during the day.
Writing can help you clear your thoughts and help you understand your feelings. It allows you to learn more about yourself. It also helps to solve problems, by allowing you to analyze and pick apart a problem, so it is easier for you to find a solution.
Writing has proven to be an excellent form of stress relief for many people.
All you require is a pen and notepad, or even a piece of paper and a
quiet area where you can explore and write down your thoughts. This makes
it one of the most inexpensive forms of therapy out there.
Have confidence in your ability to write. Practice makes perfect and everybody can do whatever they want if they practise long enough.
There are many sources to start you on your path in Creative Writing. Visit your local community college to find out if they are offering any evening classes. You'll be suprised if you search hard enough and you will find something that is right for you.
